Strategy & execution · Zürich

From investment decisions To stakeholder value

Synoro turns technology decisions into disciplined investments. We establish whether the case holds, what execution requires, and where accountability sits from commitment through delivery.

01 / Mandates

Concrete answers for decisions with lasting consequences.

01

Move AI into production

We test the use case against data readiness, integration effort, control obligations, and the economics of running it at scale. The work defines the service boundary, target architecture, decision rights, total cost, and stage gates for investment.

DeliverableAn investment memorandum and production blueprint that can move through approval and into delivery.

02

Cybersecurity and resilience

We assess how critical services are protected across architecture, software delivery, and incident readiness. Technical exposure is translated into business consequence, then into a security programme with clear ownership and sustained investment.

DeliverableA cybersecurity strategy and resilience programme with defined controls, accountable owners, and measurable outcomes.

03

Reset platform direction

We determine which capabilities should be shared, federated, consolidated, or retired. From there, we define platform boundaries, service expectations, funding responsibility, and the transition from the current estate.

DeliverableA target architecture, operating model, standards catalogue, and sequenced migration plan.

04

Test the investment

We validate product and architecture claims against technical evidence, delivery capability, security posture, and commercial assumptions. Material gaps are traced to their effect on valuation, integration, and execution.

DeliverableA decision memorandum covering verified strengths, material risks, remediation needs, and conditions for commitment.
Due diligenceEconomicsDecision terms

A mandate ends with a decision, a named owner, and a route to delivery.

01

Frame the decision

Define the outcome, authority, constraints, and evidence required before work begins.

02

Establish the evidence

Test assumptions against the architecture, operating reality, economics, and material risks.

03

Commit to a direction

Present the viable options, recommend a course, and make the consequences explicit.

04

Control the delivery

Set decision rights, milestones, and measures so progress remains visible and accountable.

02 / When to engage

Bring Synoro in when the decision has outgrown the slide deck.

AI investment

The pilot works. The operating case does not yet exist.

Value has been demonstrated, but production ownership, controls, integration, and recurring cost remain unresolved.

Cyber programme

The backlog is large. The investment priority is unclear.

Technical findings exist, but they do not show which exposures materially affect the business or what should be funded first.

Platform portfolio

The estate has grown faster than its operating model.

Overlapping platforms, inconsistent standards, and divided ownership are increasing cost and slowing delivery.

Transaction

The commercial case depends on technical claims.

An acquisition or partnership requires an independent view of product maturity, scalability, security, and delivery capacity.

03 / Deliverables

What remains after the mandate ends.

AI & edge

An investable production plan

A costed roadmap with accountable ownership, deployment architecture, and controls.

Cyber resilience

A board-level risk position

Material exposure translated into funded priorities with named owners.

Platform strategy

A platform blueprint

A target architecture, operating model, standards, and sequenced transition plan.

Technology investment

A decision-ready diligence view

Verified strengths, material gaps, value assumptions, and conditions for commitment.

04 / Direct involvement

The person shaping the recommendation stays accountable for the work.

Synoro is led by Dan Acristinii. His path from hands-on cybersecurity and platform engineering to enterprise architecture and global product ownership now includes building the secure infrastructure required to run AI at scale.

He has directed a substantial technology portfolio, worked with infrastructure deployed across hundreds of sites, and coordinated decisions spanning more than ten product and engineering teams. Graduate training in information management and finance adds a commercial lens to that operating experience.

This combination keeps every recommendation grounded in delivery reality, organisational ownership, and the economics of the decision.
